Rowena Ward

Rowena Ward portraitRowena trained as a business analyst for United Biscuits and worked on the implementation of their outbound logistics solutions before joining QSP in 1992 to help design and project manage the development of its financial applications. She was responsible for developing and delivering e-Procurement solutions and 3rd party partner relationships within the Centre for Procurement Excellence at QSP under the one.stop e-Procurement brand. Rowena also develops and presents e-Procurement courses and seminars for the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS). She is now Operations Director at SPS.


Alison McCreath

Alison McCreath portraitAlison has over twenty years experience in senior management positions in companies servicing the Public Sector – amongst those are Sema Group, Radius, QSP and OLM. Her work has included consultancy roles and major bid management where she ran the bid team which secured a £120M IT contract in central government. In recent years she has worked with clients to develop and deliver market leading solutions in the areas of finance, purchasing and inventory management. She is now Managing Director at SPS.


Ken Cole

Ken Cole portraitKen started a highly successful career in central government which included serving in the Ministry of Defence, Cabinet Office, H M Treasury and the Home Office. He joined the private sector in 1995 working in the IT and consultancy industry. An acknowledged authority on procurement, efficiency and project management he has recently completed a three year secondment as Director of the London Centre of Excellence in local government. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) and a Liveryman in the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists. He is now Projects and Practice Director at SPS.


Audrey Errington-Svard

Audrey Errington-Svard portraitAudrey has a thirty year track record of achievement in business administration and sales. Her success is founded on her exceptional skills in building business-like, productive relationships with people; as colleagues, team members and clients.  Her background in technology start-ups, as an administrator initially before her move into sales, supports a broad and in-depth understanding of corporate business processes with a particular emphasis on the public sector. She brings a fresh, dynamic and purposeful approach to SPS as we face the challenges and opportunities of today's business environment.
