An essential starting place is this free, half-day seminar which brings together some of the leading thinkers, analysts and practitioners on public sector efficiency.

  • Learn from the English experience, the mistakes made and the opportunities to accelerate progress in Scotland
  • Find out more about some of the off-the-shelf solutions specially designed to help fast track greater efficiency and hear how others are tackling their efficiency challenges

The event will also feature the launch of the white paper, Implementing McClelland - Learning from the Byatt Experience, by Ken Cole who is just finishing a three year secondment from SPS as Director of the London Regional Centre of Excellence.
